When naming a template it is important to keep in mind how they will be displayed in the Treatment Template list for easy accessibility in the future.
Currently the saved templates is arranged alphabetically: symbols first (e.g. '_'), then numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.), and letters in alphabetical order starting with capitalized templates followed by lower case of the same letter (A/a, B/b,C/c, etc.):
To choose from a list of previously saved templates, click on Treatment Template (while creating new patient or changing a template) from here a drop-down list of all templates currently saved will appear in alphabetical order.
To customize this according to your practice needs you can name the templates according to your preference, for example to group the templates in a list and simplify searching:
- Templates created for individual doctors preferences in treatments can be named - Dr. Smith Vomiting & Diarrhea
- Personalized templates for recurring boarding or hospitalized patient that can be named like - Fluffy Smith Boarding
NOTE: You can easily edit, create or delete any Treatment Templates at any time from both the iPad and web.
