You can easily delete all the unnecessary inventory products from SmartFlow. To do this, please follow the below steps:
1. Make sure that unnecessary products are not mapped in SmartFlow (has only Animana Name):
NOTE: If items have both Display Name and Animana Name, please unmap them first:
For this double-click on the item and unlink it from the Animana inventory code, by clicking on the X button next to the Animana Name:
Then click Update:
2. Open your Animana account > click on the Settings button (with the gear wheel) > select General Settings:
3. Under the Settings list, open the SmartFlow tab, find the correct Location and click Sync button next to it:
4. Select as much Product Groups and/or Combi Products that you would like to remove, and click Delete from SmartFlow at the bottom of the page:
Finally, refresh your Animana and SmartFlow Parameters page to view the updated inventory list.
Please note. You can also delete single items right from SmartFlow using the X to the right of the product, or by selecting a group of items and choosing "Delete Selected" from the top buttons.
