I can't edit treatments from the iPad, how do I fix that?

If you can only execute treatments but not edit them from the iPad, then it is most likely that your clinic chose to disable Editing Mode on iPad:
If it was not your clinic's intention to have this setting turned off, please ask your clinic's manager to change this option to YES (please find more details on how to prevent people from editing from the iPad HERE).
NOTE. If you notice that you are also unable to edit treatments from the web, make sure you have the right Permission and Role.
