How do I get my username and password to log in to SmartFlow?

Once your clinic becomes a SmartFlow user, your manager gets access to the clinic's account to start the setup process and add users. Once your clinic's manager adds your name and email address to SmartFlow and chooses a role for you, you will receive an email welcoming you to the SmartFlow University training.
NOTE: Upon the completion of the SmartFlow University training, you will receive a SmartFlow registration email with the link to set up your individual Password and iPad Passcode.
If you have not received this email, please check the Spam folder to see if the letter accidentally ended up in there, or contact your clinic's manager for help. Users with managers permissions could check the status of users that are enrolled in training at any time.
ALSO NOTE: Registration email may not be delivered right after the course finalization but rather within the 24 hours period starting from the previous time when the data was pulled out by the system at 4 am UTC. In case, you'd like to receive a registration email right after its completion, ask your manager to go to the Settings, find your email in the User List and click Update button (more about it you can find it How are the SmartFlow registration emails sent after your training?).
If you missed this registration email, you can try to reset your password following these instructions.
