Once your clinic becomes a Smart Flow customer, the account is accessible to the administrator who set up the account for your clinic.
Once your clinic's administrator adds your name and email address to Smart Flow and chooses a role for you, you will receive an email welcoming you to the Smart Flow University.
Only after completing the Smart Flow University training, you will receive an email with your Smart Flow username and password.
If you have not received this email, please check the Spam Folder to see if the letter accidentally ended up in there, or contact your clinic's administrator for help.
