We understand that log in and out of the iPad for each user is inconvenient and time-consuming. Therefore SmartFlow offers two separate usernames and passwords to log into your account, one for the iPad and other one for the desktop login. Because of this, it's possible to customize you security options which makes both desktop and iPad access more secure, prevents your account from unexpected changes, and ensures comfort usage.

You can customize your iPad account options and editing permissions from the Security settings of your admin web account, please see some useful links below:

- Enable editing from the iPad.

NOTE: Once the password is set for the iPad, your staff now can log into the iPads using @ipad@clinicemail@yourclinic.com with the new password, please find more about this HERE.
