With the release of the 'Security Feature' in 2016, each clinic can choose whether all staff has complete access to the account or you can disable this so that each staff member has their own login and permissions within the smart flow. 


If your hospital has decided to enable the security feature, your clinic's' administrator will assign you a role. Each role will have a different security clearance to perform certain actions. After that, you will receive an email with your Smart Flow username and password. If you have not received this email, first contact your clinic's administrator for help.
