We're excited to release some changes in 17.6.1 for the SmartFlow iPad application - this will be available to all customers on 25 March 2025. A summary of these is included below.

Whiteboards have a new look and feel

We've re-designed the whiteboard and optimized the size to take up more of the screen and updated the icons to align with our new design system.  



What's new

We've introduced a new feature for "What's new" content so that you can easily see within the app which features are in the current version. We'll continue to add to this in future, including previous and upcoming versions. You can access this content from the loudspeaker icon in the left-hand menu.




Updated sorting logic

We've updated the sorting logic feature to sort per device. Previously this could only be performed per clinic.


In-app submit a support ticket


We've replaced the "bug" button with a "support" button. This allows users to log a ticket directly from the application to our support team and pre-populates the ticket with the following information:

  1. User name
  2. Email address
  3. Device / version information
  4. SmartFlow clinic ID and email
  5. Clinic SAP ID




Login flow improvements

We've updated our security so that you'll now need to login when starting the app from a logged out state.  


Stability and performance improvements

Includes fixes for stability and performance.
