You can request additional training in SmartFlow by logging in to your account on our website. The Request SmartFlow Training link is found in the footer at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a brief form and once submitted your request will be reviewed and the appropriate resources will be recommended.  


The "Training Request" will only be available for Level 6 - Manager users of the SmartFlow Account.  




Instructions for Training Request



Step 1: Level 6 - Manager user Log into SmartFlow on the web

  • Cancellation is not available on the SmartFlow App on the iPad.  



Step 2: After Login Click into the Settings Page.


Step 3:  Once on the settings page 

  • "Training Request" will be found on the left side towards the bottom after the integration section.  
  • The IDEXX Practice ID OR the main SmartFlow Sheet login email will be required to finish the survey (Found on your Users Page in the #1 position).  





Step 4:  After clicking  "Training Request".  A new webpage will open, (make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off) which will direct you to a Form to fill out and specify the training needed.
