You can cancel your SmartFlow account by logging in to your account on our website. Cancel your current subscription by clicking on the “Cancel Subscription” link found in the Settings area on the bottom of the far left side. This will take you to a brief survey and once submitted the cancelation process will begin.
The "Cancel Subscription" will only be available for Level 6 - Manager users of the SmartFlow Account.
Instructions to Cancel Subscription
Step 1: Level 6 - Manager user Log into SmartFlow on the web
- Cancellation is not available on the SmartFlow App on the iPad.
Step 2: After Login Click onto the Settings page
Step 3: Once on the Settings page
- "Cancel Subscription" will be found on the far left side towards the bottom of the page after the Integration section.
- The IDEXX Practice ID OR the main SmartFlow Sheet login email will be required to finish the survey (Found on your Users Page in the #1 position).
Step 4: After clicking "Cancel Subscription" A option box will appear to continue with cancellation or if you would like to request additional SmartFlow Training.
Step 5: If cancellation is the option - click "Cancel Subscription". A new webpage will open (make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off) with the survey to fill out. Once this survey is submitted the cancellation will be processed within 7 days.
- Billing will be ended once the cancellation request has been processed.
If Additional Training is the option - click "Request SmartFlow Training". A new webpage will open (make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off) which will direct you to a Form to fill out and specify the training needed.
