As of December 2020, the Dental Chart PDF is integrated with:
- IDEXX Cornerstone
- IDEXX Neo
- IDEXX DVMAX
- IDEXX Animana
- OpenVPMS
The SmartFlow team have provided the relevant information to all PIMS partners so that they can download and attach the Dental Chart PDF into your PIMS automatically. If you are using any other PIMS, you can reach out to them directly to find out where this falls on their roadmap.
In the meantime, if you would like the Dental Chart report PDF to be attached to your PIMS, you have two options:
1. Download the PDF report and attach it manually to your PIMS.
OR
2. If your PIMS supports the merged SmartFlow report, you can set up your reports to be merged into one PDF which will contain the Dental Chart, and this merged report will be attached to your PIMS at the discharge. Please learn how to customize the export of the PDF reports to your PIMS upon discharge.
We will be continuing to gather customer feedback on additional areas you would like to see the Dental Chart integrate with your PIMS.
