While creating an account you enter your personal information and some data about your clinic. All these data are very important for your identification for security, legal and troubleshooting purposes. If you need to update your User Profile or Clinic Account details, change your Password or personal Passcode please follow the below steps:

1. Login to your SmartFlow web account > click profile icon > Account:


2. Edit your personal Passcode from here just by clicking on the Edit button next to Passcode. Then enter a 4-digit value (numeric only) and click Change Passcode to save:


3. Edit your personal Password by clicking on the Edit button next to it. Then enter Current Password, then New one, confirm it and click > to save:


4. Edit your User Profile or Clinic Account separately. For this click Edit user profile or Edit account button under the required section:


NOTE: Taking your role and access level you may be able to edit only your User Profile, or both User Profile and Clinic information.

Editing of Personal Information

First name, Last name, Email address
Update the information in the corresponding fields and click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

Editing of Clinic's Information
Practice Name, Address, City, Country, State/Province/Region, Zip/Postal Code, Contact person, Phone number, IDEXX Clinic ID
Update the information in the corresponding fields and click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: Required fields are marked with red asterisks.
