Why do Vitals not presented in Smart Flow?

If you created any new Vital Sign item or edited it in Cornerstone, please be aware that this item will not automatically appear in Smart Flow. You will need to re-sync the setting manually in Smart Flow by clicking the resync sign to make the changes available:
For example, if you made any changes to the Vital Sign parameter in Cornerstone and expected them to appear in Smart Flow, open a Smart Flow Web Manager account and follow THESE steps.
Another possible reason for the item not presented/updated in your Smart Flow account could deal with an Inactive status set for this parameter in Cornerstone (more about this matter correction you can find in How to change Inactive status of parameter in Cornerstone?).
