Why are Vitals missing in SmartFlow?

If you created any new Vital Sign item or edited it in Cornerstone, please be aware that this item will not automatically appear in SmartFlow. You will need to re-sync the setting manually in SmartFlow by clicking the refresh button to make the changes available:
For example, if you made any changes to the Vital Sign parameter in Cornerstone and expected them to appear in SmartFlow, open a SmartFlow Web Manager account and follow THESE steps.
Why else some Vitals can be missing or not updating in your SmartFlow account? It may be caused by Inactive status set for this parameter in Cornerstone (please see How to change Inactive status of parameter in Cornerstone?).
