RxWorks has updated the way reports attaching from SmartFlow. With this change, you are no longer able to send all SmartFlow PDF reports as a single file, and they can only be sent as separate documents, except for Forms.

To avoid reports missing, please open your manager's SmartFlow web account, go Settings Document Management, and make sure that Merge reports into one PDF option is set to NO:
