RxWorks has updated the way reports attaching from SmartFlow. With this change, you are no longer able to send all SmartFlow PDF reports as a single file, and they can only be sent as separate documents, except for Forms.


To avoid reports missing, please open your manager's SmartFlow web account, go Settings > Document Management, and make sure that Merge reports into one PDF option is set to NO:
