If you are integrated with EMR and admit a patient via EMR, it is not possible to populate all data into both the Patient Info section and forms. NO EMR has the ability to send the clients Address to Smart Flow. This is done for security purposes and because this information could be changed anytime. Thus, since this data is not transferred to Smart Flow, we can't sync it and it should be added manually.
However, details such as age, patient ID, species, owner name and phone numbers should be added to the form without any obstacles. You can read more about it in this article What patient information syncs with Smart Flow from ezyVet?.
If you have patient information filled out but it's not transferred to the corresponding form lines, the matter could deal with non default properties used (more about it you can find in Why does patient info not populate into the form?).
