There are several ways you can discharge your patient from SpecVet directly to ensure that the patient is automatically discharged from SmartFlow. All these steps could be taken from the Visit page (you can discover more about the Visit page HERE).


Go to the Reports tab and check the Discharge Steps column:


As soon as all check-boxes are marked (the first and the last ones work as triggers) the system will ask you to confirm that the patient should be discharged:


Click Ok and wait till the connection window disappears:


Once it's done the patient's status will be changed to Discharged and it will completely disappear from SmartFlow:


You can also check any actions that have been taken during the patient's visit and check the current status in the Clinical Dashboard (you can find out more about this HERE).
