If the Patient ID number is not shown on the Client Information Display, you need to extract it out from the settings. For this, please go to Advanced Options:
Then choose Client Information Display:
Click on the little plus button, and choose Display Patient Record Number:
Click to Change the Default Value section to True:
Then click OK and Done before closing the opened windows, and go back again to the main page. Here click to the Client Section, enter the Client number and click Continue:
Now you will see the Patient ID number on the Client Information Display:
NOTE: Each patient (even with one owner) has an individual Patient ID number.
