Setting up your Provet Cloud & SmartFlow integration is easy! Follow the steps below to get started:
1. Inside Provet Cloud go to SmartFlow integration Settings > Integrations. Scroll down a little and you'll see SmartFlow integration:
2. The API key represented in this area is secured directly from SmartFlow (HERE). Once the key is obtained, enter it in the Clinic API key field and click the check box - SmartFlow Sheet connection active. Now, you can click the Save button to confirm all changes made:
3. Within Settings > Integrations > SmartFlow Sheet you can select Show Hospitalizations & Logs to view the list of patients currently being handled by the SmartFlow integration. This also shows the Activity log:
4. After this you can admit your first patient into SmartFlow directly from Provet Cloud:
NOTE: Currently, any medications or supplies, or charged procedures will need to be entered independently into Provet Cloud.
