To allow a bulk upload of your practices’ inventory – you will need to send that inventory to your Work Flow consultant in an excel spreadsheet that has been saved as a .csv file. 


You will first refer to your Practice Information Management Software’s instruction on downloading all of your inventory, diagnostics, and procedure codes that you would like to appear and utilize in Smart Flow. Once you have downloaded that information, the two pieces of data that are needed for uploading you full inventory is the Product ID number and the Product Description.

You can download the template as a new file onto your computer and then proceed to copy and paste the relevant information into the columns. Once you have finished you will save the file.
