To set a trigger for patient admission to a specific product in Merlin, please go to Administration > Code Entry > Code Maintenance:
Here please go to Consultation > Admit Consultation > Edit:
On the next screen, click Sent To. This will take you to the product set up page where you can link certain products to automatically bring up a window to send the patient to Smart Flow, so that if you bill an admit consultation or a hospital fee, you'll have an option to instantly check-in the patient in Smart Flow with this window that will prompt up:
