Why can't I admit patients into SmartFlow and get a 404 error?

If you failed to admit patients into SmartFlow and received the following pop-up message:
There are two possible reasons:
1. The vet code you are using to admit the patient into SmartFlow doesn't correspond to the vet code in VisionVPM.
NOTE: The patients can only be admitted from VisionVPM against a vet code, not a nurse.
2. This is a new vet in the VisionVPM system that has not yet been synced with SmartFlow. Please sync a new vet as described in THIS article and then try to admit patient again.
