When you enter data on Smart Flow via the iPad or the Computer, that information is sent to the "cloud" via your clinic's internet connection.
Updates to the "cloud" are sent back to iPads, Computers and Whiteboards (TVs) via your clinic's internet connection.
Our cloud also communicates with any integrations (EMR, Anesthetic Monitor, Dispensing Machine) and relays that information back to each device.
If you're seeing a delay in Smart Flow updating on a device, it will be important to determine which "branch" has the delay. If the delay is between a local device and the "cloud", then troubleshooting steps will be different from if the delay is between the "cloud" and some external integration.
