In September 2018 we implemented a new change to the Anesthetic sheet record.

Previously when you added an item to the section 'Other' on your Anesthetic sheet it looked like this:

Now the "Other" section is titled "Anesthetic Plan" in the Anesthetic Sheet record:

All anesthetic reports can still be found at the bottom of the patient's flowsheet:

Or, if the patient was discharged, in the Archive.
