When you complete treatments in Smart Flow, any billable items (from the treatment sheets or anaesthetic sheet):

Will automatically appear in the Pre-Invoice tab within Merlin:

When the patient is discharged from Smart Flow, the Pre-Invoice items in Merlin will automatically be invoiced.

NOTE: Composite ‘parent’ items will appear in Smart Flow, but ‘child’ items will not bill back into Merlin.
