ezyVet has many useful options, among which you may find an option to select the number of flowsheets to create when sending the patient over to Smart Flow. There are two options to do so described below:
- If you need to transfer unallocated Smart Flow patients to ezyVet
When you're creating a new patient through Smart Flow you can choose the number of flowsheets as illustrated HERE:
- If your patient is auto-admitted in ezyVetand sent to Smart Flow
The same option as above is available in the ezyVet system as well. Please click THIS link to watch a video regarding this feature.
NOTE: If you change the default number of the flowsheets in ezyVet it will sync to Smart Flow, and this could lead to the duplication of flowsheets.
You can also set an exact date for the patient's flowsheet.
PLEASE NOTE: If you create a patient through ezyVet and choose a date different from the current date, the patient will be created in Smart Flow with the incorrect date, but all records (especially billing) will be sent by the current date.
