If you frequently use a certain word and feel like typing it in every time you use it (e.g. long medication names such as hydrochlorothiazide) there is an option on the iPad to make your own text shortcuts!


The option is called Text Replacement. It will save you time and improve your Smart Flow experience.

For instance, by typing "kt" it expands to "ketamine", this can be done by following these steps:


Go to Settings > Keyboard:


Select Text Replacement  >  Press "+" symbol:


Set up your Phrase and Shortcut (ie. ketamine=kt)press Save and you're all set!


Once this is done, you can log into Smart Flow, type in your shortcut, and it will pop up on your screen for selection:
