It is possible to access the main clinic's Settings from the admin Smart Flow web account. For this, please log into your account > press user icon > go to Settings. The full Settings list should include:


User Management and Integration sections are also available. However, it is possible that not all of the Setting options are available in your account, as in the example below:


Where the Documents Management and Treatment Templates are missing. Sometimes this can happen if the account has never been logged into from an iPad. To fix it please simply log into the account from any iPad, and then all the menu options become available!
