We have released a feature that allows our customers to submit a ticket about monitors issues directly from the iPad. 


To submit a ticket about issues related to your monitor please:

1) Press the BUG button on the whiteboard of your iPad.

2) You will be prompted to select a 'problem type', please select "Monitor Connection Issue".




That's it, by doing so, this will create a ticket in Freshdesk and will initiate downloading logs from Listeners to Freshdesk ticket.
