How to upload logs for monitor issues?

It might seem to be complicated to deal with monitor related issues, however, we have made reporting such issues pretty simple with a feature that allows you to submit a ticket about monitor issues directly from the iPad. To do this, simply:
1. Press the BUG button on the whiteboard of your iPad.
2. You will be prompted to select a problem type, please select Anesthetic Monitor Issue:
This will create a ticket in Freshdesk and automatically initiate a log download from Listener (Surgery Admin application) to the Freshdesk ticket.
