If you are attempting to import a patient from Ezyvet to Smartflow and the ''Error: Medic not found'' pops up, this means that the case owner that you have selected is not synced with ezyVet. You can sync your doctors from ezyVet into Smart Flow from the admin section > users/resources and make sure:

You also need to make sure that the user is a member of the correct division (on our account the division is called "Smart Flow Sheet" but for each hospital, the name of the division will be the name of their hospital or departments within their hospital):
