If there is a treatment indicated as overdue on your whiteboard for a patient, but the patient's flowsheet does not have a treatment due, this is likely because there was a treatment due at the time, but it has been discontinued. This is a known error that our development team is aware of, and are currently working on fixing.
In the meantime, what you can do is the following. On your iPad, go into the affected patient's flowsheet. In editing mode, highlight all discontinued parameters, and select 'Change Frequency'. Then, change the frequency to 'once', with the start time being the time the treatments were last completed at. This should clear the missed treatment from your whiteboard.
