If you are admitting a patient into the hospital for procedure that doesn't require a flowsheet, for example, surgery, you can use a task-based checklist for admission and patient stay.
Each task has a timer that will begin once the task before it has been checked off.
The tasks that have already been checked off will be time stamped.
Another feature of this is, once the anesthetic sheet has been started, any tasks that have the same name will be checked off. For example, the task "Pre-Med" will be marked as done on the whiteboard once the Pre-Med has been started on the anesthetic sheet. See below:
