Smart Flow team is aware of a problem with the inability to finalize the anesthetic sheet on iPad's with the app version 9.12.132. We are working very hard to resolve this and should expect the BUG-fix will be available for download in the next few days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, thank you in advance for your patience.
The good news is that we do have a work around for this until we can get the problem resolved, please follow the steps listed below if you have iPad version 9.12.132 and are unable to finalize the anesthetic sheet.
1. "Turn Off" your internet connection on your iPad (you may do this by "Opening the Settings app" on the iPad, and "Turning On Airplane mode")
2. "Return to the Smart Flow app" and "Open" the patient's anesthetic sheet (most likely Smart Flow will warn you about internet connection problems, as per THIS article).
3. "Finalize" the anesthetic sheet (after that Smart Flow will warn you that it failed to upload the anesthetic report to the server. You may ignore this message)
4. After the report is generated, "Turn On" the internet connection, "Open Smart Flow app" and "Synchronize" it with the server.
This will then finalize your anesthetic sheet.
