The following instructions do not apply for rented iPads that are managed by MDM (Mobile device management) service. If you are an MDM user you will not be able to uninstall/reinstall the Smart Flow app yourself, since we offer a remote management of these devices.
NOTE: Being an MDM user, when you need to install an application or change any iPad settings, please submit a support ticket explaining what you need done.
To uninstall the Smart Flow app
1. Press and hold the Smart Flow icon on the iPad until all the icons start to wiggle and an X will appear in the top left corner of the icon > click X:
2. Then tap Delete in the pop-up window to confirm:
After that, you need to reinstall the Smart Flow App following the steps described HERE.
After logging in, you will be taken to the Smart Flow main Whiteboard page.
