The following instructions do not apply for MDM iPads that are managed by the MDM (Mobile device management) service. If you are an MDM user you will not be able to uninstall/reinstall the SmartFlow app yourself, since we offer remote management of these devices.
NOTE: Being an MDM user, when you need to install an application or change any iPad settings, please submit a support ticket explaining what you need.
To uninstall the SmartFlow app
1. Press and hold the Smart Flow icon on the iPad until all the icons start to wiggle and an X will appear in the top left corner of the icon > click X:
2. Then tap Delete in the pop-up window to confirm:
To install the SmartFlow app
After that, you need to reinstall the SmartFlow App following the steps described HERE.
NOTE: You may require your Apple ID & Password, iPad Passcode as well as your iPad SmartFlow email address and password. If you do not know your SmartFlow email you will need manager permissions to access your settings page from the web (see the screenshot below):
After logging in, you will be taken to the SmartFlow main Whiteboard page.
