Syncing

 One of the key features of Smart Flow is our ability to sync treatments done on the iPad straight to the website.

Recently there has been a confusion regarding syncing on the iPad. When you sync the iPad by opening the application or by "forcing" a sync and pressing this button Inline image 1. There is usually a black pop up on the iPad that will announce to users that the iPad is currently syncing with changes being made on other iPads, or from a user on the website. Recently this pop up will not always appear to our users. If you are having problems with the sync feature, you may have to force a sync and wait a few moments, if the pop up does not appear.


You should then have your iPad properly synced with other users in the hospital. If this still does not work you may try closing the application and restarting it.
