We have had some customers that have been experiencing blank screens either on the Whiteboard or Blank treatment sheets.
When this happens you must restart the Smart Flow Application. You can easily do this on te iPad by pressing the "Home" button (black one in the center of the iPad) and once that application is no longer up on the screen, double tap the "Home" button and you will be able to visualize which applications are running on your iPad. Smart Flow should be the first one in the line. Simply swipe the application up and away from you to completely shut down the application.
You will now be able to restart Smart Flow.
