How to send patients to the specific Whiteboard?

When using the auto-send feature, you may want the patient to appear on a certain whiteboard.
In order for a patient to be sent to an appropriate whiteboard with an appropriate treatment template, we have to make sure that mapping was properly performed. For this, from the DVMAX account, please go into General management > Utilities > Integration Setup Wizard > Map Codes, and then click on Departments section:
From this window, you can map the Whiteboards.
NOTE: Before doing this, make sure you have created the Whiteboards on the Smart Flow side. HERE you can read more about setting up Whiteboards in Smart Flow.
If you leave the whiteboard line blank or your clinic doesn't use multiple whiteboards, it will automatically send a patient to the default whiteboard.
