If you have an integrated EMR and Smart Flow combination, you have the convenient option of having your flowsheets, medical and inventory records to go directly into your EMR. In case that is not something you need, you can always disable it.
To change your settings for these options click on your account icon in the top right > select Settings > and then EMR, scroll to the bottom of this page and you will see two options that control what goes into your EMR: Send Billing and Medical records to EMR and Send Anesthetic Billing & Medical Records to EMR. Turn them ON or OFF according to your needs. You can use the screenshot below for reference:
