If you are having troubles exporting patient's flowsheet pdf, please follow the steps below: 


1. Refresh Smart Flow webpage / Restart Smart Flow iPad application.

2. Try to export the flowsheet from the iPad to see if this works. 

3. If it does exports for you, try to download the other 2 PDFs from the iPad/web.


NOTE: You may find detailed instructions on how to export PDF documents from both iPad and web in our article HERE.


4. Once you have all 3 PDFs, you can delete / discharge the patient.
