The only way patient information can be automatically transferred from your Practice Management System (PIMS) to SmartFlow is by direct integration. What patient information will be sent to SmartFlow after the patient is admitted depends on the level of integration between PIMS and SmartFlow. Details such as patient name, patient ID, species, owner name, and phone numbers are transferred for most PIMS, while some others (e.g. address and email) may still be unavailable to your PIMS (please find more details HERE):
